I live in suffolk, where a strange mix of narrow and open minds
causes a surprising amount of inspiration.
I don't sit down and work on a poem; I go for
how I'm feeling and try and put it into words
(not always successfully!)
Poetry is about perception, you can
'read' and interpret the words I
have written in anyway you like.
Sometimes there is a meaning,
sometimes there isn't. It doesn't matter.
The most important thing about
poetry is to enjoy it. I find that writing
is very theraputic for me, often I use it
to turn anger into a positive thing.
